Monrovia and Bushrod Island Districts and Zones

New Monrovia District Presidency with Elder and Sister Curtis.
These little boys just had to have their "snap" taken.
One of our former missionaries and his family.
These sisters were showing us their dresses when the gentleman in the t-shirt also stepped into the picture.  The little boy in front was not too excited however.

Up on Mt Aureol looking over Freetown-- Elder Animba and Elder Afadi, who returns to Ghana after serving honorably for the last two years as a full-time missionary.

January 2012

New Missionaries from Sierra Leone who left for the Ghana Missionary Training Center (MTC). Two were going to Nigeria and one to Ghana to serve for two years.
Had a leak in one of the water tanks at dusk so Elder Randall and the guard lifted the water out and....
President Roggia poured it in.  These tanks are our only source of water.  In the dry season, water is trucked in.  In the rainy season, we collect rain water for daily usage.  We have a water-filtering system for drinking water.  So, water is precious...

January is President Roggia's interview time with all the missionaries.
Elder Harris trained by Elder Hill who was trained by Elder Norton (grandson, son, father..... :-)  )
More interviews at the Kissy Chapel... this is the guard with Elder Stewart and Elder Taylor

Pondering...
President Roggia taking a few minutes... (the green round plastic on the back of one of the missionaries is a fan.  They cost about 1000 -1500 leones or about 25 cents. and most just tuck it into their belt when not in use)

Office Elders finishing reports...
This tree flowers then leaves come...
